Hey PK, Douglas here. Thanks for this vid! I’ve been trying to gather a list of safe launch sites without having to physically go there to check them all out. Very hard todo when I only get a couple weeks a year to check out places. So thank you! Very helpful for me.

Port Orford down on the Southern coast is also a great launch. It's a haul down to the beach but if you have wheels with sand tires, it's doable. The coves are pretty well protected from the wind especially if it's out of the North.

You can also launch in brookings oregon and franksport

If you launch at Sunset Bay you can go right towards the lighthouse there are plenty of reef’s to fish. But if you go left to Simpson reef it take’s about 45 minutes to pedal there but it’s probably the best spot on the coast imo. The fishing on Simpson reef is unreal.

If your launching at sunset bay out of charlston go out to the right and that reef is good fishing.

Depoe Bay boat launch says "$10 per boat or kayak".

All the way South and you can launch at the 6 ramp launch at Harbor/Brookings.
