Breakpoint got a lot of bad press. It still has this little issues for sure. With all that together it makes no difference to me. I have truly found a game in breakpoint that keeps me going and is a ton of fun with or without friends. Damn good title in my opinion

I hated this game at release but I recently picked it back up since I wanted something new to play, and I was really surprised about how far this game has come. The addition of AI squadmates makes this game so much better, and so many of the stupid bugs have been fixed. 60 FPS on PS5 looks _buttery_ smooth. Cutscenes still have some framerate issues from time to time, but thats not a big deal. If it's a memory leak issue then it's not bleeding into the gameplay for me. I go for 6 hours sometimes without having to reload or restart once. Edit: I pre-ordered the ultimate edition of Breakpoint for like $120 and hated it at release despite putting more than 400 hours into Wildlands, 100%-ing it and absolutely LOVING that game, which just speaks to how atrocious Breakpoint was early on. Leave it to Ubisoft to shoot themselves in the foot by releasing an unfinished game and making everyone think it sucks. That seems to be what they do with every game now. They're so stupid about that sort of thing.

There is an easier way to get the ASR: 805 BREN. You land at the southern tip of the island, there is a tunnel entry from there that leads directly to the room where the crate is. I used sync shot to kill the two guys in the room and those were the only wolves I had to deal with and I was level 25.

Umm....no 😂 The game might've changed since 4 years ago. I started playing 2 days ago, on Immersive mode. 7 out of 10 enemies that are killed will drop the ASR: 805 BREN 😅

I have always ran the p227, only because ubisoft didn’t make your weapons appear in cutscenes and since the p227 is the gun Nomad picks up from the dead ghost in the opening cutscene, that’s the gun that shows up “canonically”.

Depends on my class. I usually run the Assault class, and I play with 1 main weapon and a sidearm. I run the M4A1 Assault with the P320 as my sidearm. Rarely I’ll run the standard M4A1 instead of the M4A1 Assault.

Best Weapons for me at the Moment: M4A1, Scorpion Evo3 CQC (the one for levelling up the panther), G28 as well as the Tac 50. I dont have all classes at max level, but i am working towards it. Maybe there is a weapon that i enjoy as well. But i think it depends on how everyone prefer to play the game.

The TAC50 is fun but I find the Marksman rifles with 15 rounds much more practical. You can easily get the 3 kills in 3 seconds with one of those. Lately, I find myself running with the M4A1 Tactical and G28 MSR. I am currently leveling Medic because I want the 416 Scout.

In MY OPINION the Zastava M39 is the best sniper in the game , because it takes 2 shots to knock a hell down and it kills sentinel/skeletons soldiers in 1 shot no matter where you shoot them. It ingnores enemy armor and knocks a heavy gunner with 1 headshot

For PVP you should try the ak-12. I keep trying other assaults but non compare to it. Also mp5 is out of this world. With mk3 upgrades you can get the mp5 to about 44 damage on pvp. Absolutely dirty guns

The FAL is unquestionably the best assault rifle. It's stats are absolutely insane

The M4A1 and the SC40K are the only weapons that give the FAL a run for its money. M4a1 has the highest ROF (950) of the 3, which is a huge advantage, & it takes any/all attachments, incl. the 100 round mag. (!!!) It also comes in an Assault Variant! -Worse attachments but 32dmg at 950rpm. Recoil sucks tho. I use the SC and FAL whenever I'm not doing Raids

started breakpoint this month(august 2020) and I do like the Rolling Thunder and Desert Eagle in terms of Handgun, the M40 LMG(compact and non compact version) as weapon slot 2 and either the 553 or the G36C ASR as main weapon, mainly playing as Assault, it works well for me and decimate wolves AND behemot easily as solo. But I did ran with the 806 BREN for a while until I ran with the G36C

Can I suggest you try out the VHSD Asult Rifle, no it's not that fast firing but it is quite high damage. I like to use this if I'm running with 1 primary, because it has good range, and you can have on full auto or single shot. I think you should try it out you may be surprised. 😊😊

I run Sharpshooter class with Scorpion Evo CQC variant or MP5, M82, 5.7 USP Tactical. For Assault class I run either the Bren, Tavor or SC-20K. My attachments are :- SMG - COMP, ATP3, STFG, EXPS3. ASR - FLASH, MAWL, DIGITAL, AFG-2. LMG - COMP, MAWL, PAN, GRIP. SHOTGUN - MUZZLE, ATP3, TA31H, PTK-A. DMR - COMP, MAWL, TA31H. SNIPER - MUZZLE, BIPOD. HANDGUNS - MUZZLE, ATP3. Since I play mostly solo stealth, the best weapons for me are the ones that have first or second place in accuracy and range in their category (and of course a silencer). Im comfortable with snipers, handguns, smgs, dmrs, and assault rifles. Shotguns have too much spread and worse range than a pistol, they also explode drones and rockets on the bodies. P.s. TAC50 yes, I'm gonna give a try to Scorpion but I used MP5 and Honey Badger, so far I found that MK23 and Echelon pistols are undoubtedly best in game (though I haven't had raid weapons yet), VSH something something assault rifle is outclassing every other, M4A1 *a dmr conversion* is my favourite so far.

Pro-tip: if you're having trouble controlling gun recoil then your problem is that you're using full-auto. There's almost no circumstance where full-auto is really what you want want use in a game. Real life is another story, but in video games the AI usually doesn't respond any differently to overwhelming firepower, so full-auto is a waste of ammo and it almost always destroys your accuracy. It's only ever a good choice for literally point-blank engagement where there are no obstructions between you and your target. That's it. If you're more than like 3 to 5 meters from an enemy, no matter how clear the shot is, always, ALWAYS use burst or single fire. Even professional gamers make the mistake of using panic-automatic and it's usually gets them killed in matches. *BURST-FIRE IS YOUR FRIEND* Even if your gun is on full automatic- **tap, tap, tap** the trigger. You can get almost the same number of bullets down range with some of the higher RPM weapons like the Vector or P90, but you won't have to sacrafice your accuracy completely because of the short breaks between each burst. That's a pro-tip that'll take you a long way.

In real life burst fire mode is literally there to help less skilled soldiers to rip off a few rounds. There are times when full auto has its value so if you learn how to shoot bursts by essentially pulling the trigger(or just clicking for a fraction of a second) you'll get a decent 3-5 round burst which is perfect for close quarters. At range I tend to stick to single fire and if you just stealth around you stay in single fire. Even then you can still drive a target down with single fire but full auto fire bursting definitely makes it a little quicker. It's pretty easy to aim in this game so I don't see the problem. I like the value of full auto fire against drones primarily. They can soak up a lot of rounds so this is when full auto fire has value since things like Behemoths are big so you may want to mag dump into them.

I use either the HTI or TAC 50 for sniping. The others seems to have too much vertical movement. However, I’m searching for a quality sniper rifle that isn’t a bolt action. For my second weapon it’s either the Stoner or MK48. I especially like the ability to have 150 rounds capacity. I’ll give the sniper rifle you mentioned a try.

How do you get more stealth spray? I didn't see it in crafting or the shop.

I used PDR all the time, smg with 5.56mm bullet, works like ar, but perfect combination with panther class, because panther didnt reduce 20% damage while using suppressor , and PDR has the highest damage among smg

My favorite right now is probably the H&K 416 but I just used the Bren for the first time and I was really impressed, will definitely be going after that blueprint. Wondering if you had opinions on any of the shotguns? How do shotguns fair in Ghost Recon? Haven't really used any of them yet.

G36... best range other than the tac50, but it's a dmr and dosen't use .338. (They still need to fix/add .50cal...)
