An amazing video tutorial, thanks a lot ! The scarabs in chapter 3 are VERY important, because that's the only place you can't go back later in the game, and the completion is then lost.

actually Scarab 12 (is gone after u kill alma and the monastery collapses) and 23,24,25,26 (military base, can not go back there) are also lost forever if u do not pick them up

I couldn’t find the room where the airship is for the health upgrade,but found the other 1 in the airship before the boss. So ty

After you get the ID card (after killing the cop that comes from the elevator) You have to go to the living quarters (the hallway start of the level) and enter the black door at the end of the hallway, then you have to kill all enemies on that room to get the health upgrade and theres also the golden scarab. This is a ambush so you will have to kill a lot of enemies so be careful!

Can you back track to levels if you missed any to receive the trophy/achievement later on? Or will I have to start from scratch?

if it is a place that you will be back to in a future chapter like for example the Town you can get them, but if it is a place like the zepellin that it is only playable on chapter 3 you would have to start from scratch

Hey, thanks for the video, I’m in chapter 18 and I’m only missing 2 that are inside the military compound, can I go and get them somehow? The main gate says its closed and I don’t know if there’s some other way for me to go in it to get them.

Sadly in Ninja Gaiden Sigma if you miss one of them you can't go back and get it except if it is in one of the places that we play a lot of chapters on like the town of tairon, there are for sure some Scarabs that are super hard to find so without a guide it's really easy to miss some of them :/

You block and push the joystick back from wherever Ryu is looking. It’s only for ng sigma and not black

Once you’ve collected all 50 scrabs do you unlock the dark dragon blade on normal mode if you can’t then you do unlock anything else in exchange?

In normal mode you will get the Plasma saber mk II. instead of the dark dragon blade, and im pretty sure you dont get anything for 49 scarabs

If you beat the game you can't go back to a chapter unless it is from a save file, but if for example you left one Golden Scarab back in the Town of tairon then you could get it in a future chapter whenever we are there again

In the original game on xbox,if u collected all 50 then went back and shot the clock tower in the beginning of the gameish...it would unlock the ORIGINAL NINJS GAIDEN ON NES.

chapter 15... number 43 is the worst thing in this game of all time... the controls are broken and not responsive enough to do that kind of platforming.... i know its possible but its not fun and its HORRIBLE game design...

The way i did that platforming is actually bad, i'm sorry for that, if you start wall climbing like that but from the lower platform you should get it with no problems at all! I apologise for that, it's my mistake
