Is it the right decision / right time to invest in Amaravati?
The answer is yes. Because Amaravati is shaped with many features and different planning. All states or cities in India have developed organically, without proper planning & implementation. As far as we have heard this is seen only in Chandigarh. Now we have such an opportunity. I am making the video into 3 parts so that it does not become too long. Learn about Amaravati in the first part.
Around Amaravati are Vijayawada, Mangalagiri, Guntur, Old Mangalagiri and Ibrahimpatnam.
Amaravati is 12 km upstream of the Prakasam Barrage adjacent to the Krishna River.

We should also note one more thing. This capital city region is divided into 9 parts. They are:
Government City, Justice City , Finance City, Knowledge City, Electronics City, Sports City, Media City, Tourism City, Health City.
Just by hearing the names of these areas, you will know the activities that will take place there.
Let us look at some of these areas in detail.
1. Government City :
Adjacent to the government city are the Krishna river and the Kondapally reserved forest in the distance.
Here Secretariat, Government and N.G.O. There are offices and also their living quarters.
Here are the residences of the Chief Minister, Raj Bhavan and others.
Proposed iconic assembly and HOD buildings are also coming up in this area.
Secretariat was built in Velagapudi. After the partition of the state, all the assembly meetings were held here. However, this is a temporary secretariat and the permanent secretariat is yet to be built. It comes close to the High Court.
MLC / MLA quarters are located in Rayapudi area. A total of 12 towers were built in this. Out of which the first 6 towers will be allotted to MLAs and the rest to MLCs. Each tower has 12 floors. Their construction was completed in 2019.

ORR, International terminal, Basic infra in Amaravati, BPCL in Bandar. These things will still be there even if Jagan comes in future. So firstly, it would be difficult to shift capital. Secondly, even if capital is shifted Amaravati capital region will become a big city with lots of Jobs due to these developments in the next 5 years
