A little off topic, but something i'd love to hear your opinion on... Lately it seems like the distributors are raising our costs to a point they are forcing shops to sell ice cream for prices high then the local area is willing to spend on ice cream. The sames goes for repair men and the price of new machines. A 35,000.00 machine now costs $65,000.00 And every repair guy sesms to cost $3000-$5000. Greed is just out of control. Do they not realize if we go out of business, so will they. As a group we need to do something to fight the greedy middle man and service companies that price gouge us and demand fair prices. Also how do you scoop a proper cone? The goal is to make it look as big as possible and still weigh a certain amount of weight.
