Awesome, I've been to Zarautz three rimes and I've really enjoyee every single day up there. It's so cool, I may go to Sopelana. There's another place called Mundaka, where there's a very famous wave, also in Euskadi! Thanks man

Are you allowed boards on buses and trains in Spain?

It depends some buses take boards some not. If you take the 'over land buses' from one big city to the next is no problem
