I usually wouldn't take photos with fursuiters when they are shopping but I will however wait until after if I can so they can shop without someone coming up to them. Sometimes I'll wait until I see them later in a different place. It all depends but I don't like to interrupt people when they are probably shopping or looking at stuff for sale.

That used to be a huge problem with Majira and Pocari Roo during the golden days of furry KZbin. At one con, there were so many people that they had to be escorted by security because of the crowd. When I finally go to a furry convention, I’d love to get pictures with people I’ve recognized from KZbin and Twitter, but I’d hate to cause any anxiety for the person by doing so. And I wouldn’t just want to take pictures with the more people, I’d love to with anyone that I think is cool or have a good looking fursuit!

@@zeekayart I know most cons have a section where you can sign up to be a cosplay guest, I think that’s the most organized way to do it under con supervision. Otherwise I know other YT creators make a time, select a place that’s outside the con so it’s not so jammed inside, and do the meet n greet for an hour or so.

Sounds like you guys need to do what we do a Catsucon in my state. There is an area for autographs and pics to keep the shopping areas clear. Besides it's plain rude. I get annoyed when I am cosplaying as a souls character and people want me to pose for them. One day I will praise the sun on their head. Leave Solaire alone! ☀ 😂

Sometimes I'll wait and look around at things being sold if they are trying to shop and I want a photo so they can have the time to shop then as I see them leave I may ask for a quick photo. If I see a crowd and I know the person is going to be there longer like multiple days or hours later I may just wait until I see them again or some time after people take some photos.
