Hi Steve and Anita , love watching your Videos . You have obviously lived there a long time and know the area very well. We lived in the North of the Island in 2011 for 9 months. We loved it and we hope to retire there some day. Mallorca is such a lovely Island. Thank you for these Videos, great to see other areas of the Island.

Hi Steve and Anita your videos are great for us we stay in palma nova now we are older but we stayed in magalufe for years at the hotel guadalupe and early seventies it was great for family been going for 46 years this year remember before the promenade was built we used to drink in the Ibbizza bar next to Blackbeards on magalufe beach and the lady told us that kirk douglas used it regularly and showed us many photographs of him just a little info but that was a long time ago cheers Alan and jan 🙂
@SteveandAnitainMallorca3 жыл бұрын
Thanks Alan. Mallorca has long been the go to place for the rich and famous. Errol Flynn had a place in Illetas and used to do a lot of sailing here... before our time. Didn't know Kirk Douglas had been here. His son, Michael, has a place here and married a girl from the island, Diandra, who, by coincidence, went to the school I used to teach at.
