Right to privacy: In the puttaswamy vs UOI case, Supreme court held privacy as natural right thereby establishing the relationship between the individual morality and constitutional morality. Conclusion: Constitutional morality plays an important role with regards to the 3 organs of the government by means of check and balances. Hello sir Right to privacy judgement : Supreme court in Puttaswamy judgement held right to privacy as fundamental right under article 14,19 and 21 of the Constitution thus presenting a sign of Constitutional morality. Conclusion : From the above judgements it can be noted that Indian judiciary has shown us doctrine of constitutional morality many times. Also the preamble, fundamental rights, directive principles of state policy, fundamental duties and so on represent that constitutional morality is deeply rooted in the structure of constitution itself.

Puttaswamy Case, 2017 In this judgement, Supreme Court declared the Right to Privacy as a part of Right to life and Liberty(Article 21). Thus, emphasised the protection of privacy of an individual(not only citizens) to be one of the priciples of constitutional morality Conclusion: It is evident from the above Supreme Court Judgements that the constitutional morality must be a priority of the state to be followed as one of its guiding principles while formulating laws, rules, regulations etc. Even the judiciary is bound to follow the same principle while pronouncing its judgements.
