You didn't mention that Backroom Backstabber reduces justifying war goal time, and Prince of Terror really makes a difference when you conquer like India or China. In my opinion they deserve at least a C.

If you're playing a country with faction management, the US or France, the Silent Workhorse is fantastic so you can mobilize after you've already dealt with the factions/congress/shame of being French

The Backroom Backstabber's subversive activities stat actually refers to war goal justification time, meaning that he allows you to justify war goals 25% faster, which is fairly nice to have during world conquests, just thought you should know.

Also if you dont have la resistance the coup time is reduced, that is very big chungus wholesome from the backroom backstabber guy

Imo popular figurehead is great for the Soviets. I remember i did a no air build a frw days ago as the Soviets, i got concentrated industry maxed out in 1941, 100 stability, and i got 33 entire tanks as soon as Barbarossa began.

efficiency cap isnt output, efficiency cap is the stronger multiplier of output while adding production efficiency growth cause you get put futher back on the production efficiency graph total.

construction speed is not that useless i mean why are you even researching construction tech if it is?

People don’t want to admit it but researching construction early is really not the best idea unless you’re a major. If you’re a minor nation better research equipment and raw production to become a major. 10% of no civs is still nothing
