I am not finding that even the paid version of ChatGPT has this capability: this is the message I get from my query to them: As of now, ChatGPT itself (even in its ChatGPT Plus paid version) does not have a built-in feature for converting text to speech (TTS) with different voices. While you can access a variety of enhanced features with a ChatGPT Plus subscription-like improved response quality, faster access, and access to GPT-4-audio generation is not part of the core offerings.

Great info for me as I was needing audio for my videos and exploring 11 labs which I used before. I was not aware that ChatGPT could do this. I already use Capcut so this is a good fit., But I am not seeing that ChatGPT does this. Is this on their paid version?
