@@tunim4354 sometimes it is cheaper to fly in wide body like 777, 747, A350, a380 cuz the cost of the flight is spread across a lot more people. But for this to work airlines have to make sure they fill most of the seats. That’s why they keep them on the most busiest routes. LikeJFK to LAX, London to JFK, DXB to London

The numbers are inflated for the big US carriers because they include all their subsidiary regional airlines as well. If you look at the break down of aircraft types a majority part of that huge number is small regional jets.

Outside of FedEx and UPS, United flies to six continents with their own metal. I think Delta does as well, but United can pretty much get you anywhere in the world nonstop, or onestop max if connecting innone of their hubs which cover the entire US coast to coast. 💪✈️

From what I could see, Singapore Airlines has 161 airplanes. But I do remember seeing “1000th aircraft” liveries on one of their Boeing 787s. That livery commemorates the fact that this particular Boeing 787 is the 1000th Boeing 787 that *Boeing* made in all of time, not the 1000th one made for Singapore specifically The A350 livery I’m aware of is the Singapore Airlines 10,000th Airbus Aircraft livery. Similar story: this A350 is the 10,000th plane built by *Airbus* overall, not specifically for Singapore. Maybe I’m missing a livery though
