IIRC there is hypothetically enough downforce at 150ish MPH to keep an F1 car on a ceiling, but you start running into a lot of problems with the engine and a fair few other factors which make it not feasible.

theres a conecpt with MOVING AERODYNAMIC SURFACES that generates 4x as much downforce

F1 cars do generate more downforce than their wight. But if you were to try to drive them upside down, the weight would lift the rideheight by quite a lot. And as around 60% of the downforce (2021 cars, should be more in 2022) is generated by the floor, the aero forces lift to drag would be reduced considerably. It would brobably not stick. And even if, it would be awful to drive. You can do it in GTA and Automation tho.

Yes its true. A F1 car could drive on the roof at high speed. There was a small-scale wind tunnel test confirming it.

Regarding the "can you drive an F1 car upside down": In theory, yes. They generate enough downforce to counter gravity. But their grip would suffer. :)
