Your play could be improved at 9:30, you should use ice age on moria become 4, Luffy Leader will back to 5k. Lucci Leader atk Luffy -1 Moria to 3, then use tempest kick make it 0. Atk Luffy Leader with Lucci Char, then Play Moria with Rebecca + Helmeppo -3 Kuzan, take over Lucci + Spandine, Rebecca can take Spandine from trash to play it. Your trash has exact 3 CP to return and make Lucci KO both Kuzan + Moria.

Maybe shouldve picked sabo from rebecca instead of 2k counter towards the end game and played it, it could potentially bought u 1 more turn

What do you say, does Lucci have to be banned or will he even be banned?

Based on the state right now (format op08, before st + op09) it was an argument, due to the powercreep happening from doffy with the st + shanks etc. in op09 its much less likely that bandai will do something about lucci...and its a good take to only ban lucci in an unrealistic scenario because all the other cards that are relevant for black are price cards or reprinted in the next set so it doesn't make sense from a business perspective to target those (rebecca, 4 lucci, gecko etc.). The bad thing is doffy will steamroll everything once lucci would be gone, only shanks has a chance against it which would gate keep to much other decks from the format which is no ideal.
