Which blade it’s better ? Stihl Fs 460-C with brush knife, Stihl Fs 490-C with grass cutting blade.

The deeper the gullet the better bite from the tungsten tips if that makes sense we cut trees down upto a normal size ten litre bucket an bigger all day every day but you can’t do that with those blades you use they for grass only

Did you find that the grass blade had less of a tendency to "wind up" long grass and weeds around the arbor?

Hello,honestly I never occurred this thing to wind up the grass around the arbor…….it’s occurred only when I’m cutting bigger grass with the trimmer line both blades are good but personally I prefer the brush knife because i cut a lot more faster ,🙋‍♂️

I cant keep the 4mm Durocut line on my 561C from busting. The machine is just too powerful for the string line. Im buying the 3 blade after watching this Thanks Csabi!

Before using the trimmer line try soaking it in water for 24 hours so it will be more durable,🙋‍♂️

I do that but it still busts the second I strike the ground or a small shrub. I'm talking about the pre cut string with the serrated edge. Even in tall wet grass the string doesn't last long.

Pt. o motocoasă de 1kw pe acumulator, ce disc recomanzi din ăstea două de la Stihl, cel de 8 dinți 230mm sau cu 3 dinți 250mm? În manual se recomandă disc metalic până la 255mm. Mă gândesc dacă nu cumva cel cu 3 dinți ar avea recul(kickback) puternic la întâlnirea de obstacole ( bolovan, butuc de viță de vie).

Salutare, ambele merg bine cel cu 3 lame e mai bun dar fiindca tu ai o motocoasa electrica ti-as recomanda cel cu 8 dinti e si mai usor decat cel cu 3 lame, nu stiu daca ar avea recul cel putin cand lucrez cu motocoasa termica si dau de un obstacol in iarba se opreste discul nu simti doar un mic impuls in motocoasa ,🙋‍♂️

Salutare, cel in forma de stea cu 3 cutite, este cel mai bun si mai versatil disc, in caz ca lovesti ceva obstacole se va opri motocoasa din turatie si cam atat,🙋‍♂️
