It should. If you learn the basics of drafting then you become capable of drafting any type of case. But of course you will also have to do practice and also to read good drafts. The book is definitely good for learning fundamentals of drafting skill.

सर मैं राजस्थान से हुं मैंने राजस्थान में एक भर्ती मुझे फॉर्म भरते हैं जिसके अंदर योग्यता 10 वीं + ऑटोमोबाइल इंजीनियरिंग में डिप्लोमा, मैकेनिकल इंजीनियरिंग में डिप्लोमा मंगा गया था और उसकी सेवा नियम के अंदर भी वही योग्याता है परंतु विभाग ने बिना शोधन करेन एक कार्यलय आदेश निकला उसके और अधिक योग्यता को भी आलव कर ऊंचा योगयता को भी शामिल कर दिया और परीक्षा भी ले ली फिर हम 14 अभ्यासों ने राजस्थान उच्च न्यायालय के अंदर याचिका दयार करी तो हमारा आप से यह पूछना है की इस स्थिति में court judgement in personam deti hai ya judgement in Rem deti hai

How many days it takes to complete that book sir?

In my view this is not a book which one keeps aside after finishing it. This is a reference book for life. Such types of books are to be referred to repeatedly for the whole of practice career. So although one can finish the first part of the book say within approximately one week (the second part contains model drafts which we refer to as per our needs), yet I wouldn't say that that is all. The very nature of the subject of drafting is such that one has to keep referring to it again and again during our law practice as per need. Such classic books are required to be kept in one's collection for the whole of life.
