Do you think Chanel boots are really worth the investment? Provide longevity etc?

It depends, if you take good care of them you will have them for a long time as they are so classic and the quality is great, but if you tend to wear your shoes down quite fast they're probably not worth the price tag and you would be better off with any less expensive leather boot. To protect mine, I took them to a cobbler to add a rubber sole. If you love the brand, then go for it 😊

Europe is a good place to shop luxury brands regarding pricing compared to US, UK and UAE, yes. I don't know the exact prices of these boots in other countries, but usually prices in Europe are lower. Of course this also depends on currency exchange rates though and you should also consider any import duties that might be charged depending on where you are from.
