Bro youre literally forgetting that all these CODs will only match you with people that have as many DLCS as you. Not everyone has all dlcs so you got its easier to connect to games with just launch maps

@@Mexman1973it doesn’t only tell you who’s online with dlc it will only match make you with people with the dlc. Player count doesn’t change at all.

It literally says he will play with people with Launch maps only and I get the same issue on Xbox but not PC. I think it's a bug and something to do with the Terminal Aground and Erosion free map pack DLC.

I just checked on PS3, downloaded Aground, Erosion, and Terminal and and found a match in less than 1 second in Team Deathmatch. By the way, if you or anyone else is still having problems downloading the DLC, you can try going to the dashboard to the games tab, A-Z, find MW3 and then download the map packs from extras. I would first recommend on uninstalling the ones that it says you already have downloaded though, at least the required ones that include Aground, Erosion, and Terminal.

The problem with MW3 is the Terminal Aground and Eriosion map pack, the red writing says your playing with "Launch maps only" and an update for the game added those maps for free but they arent launch maps. Check to see if there is an update for the game.

Heres Your daily reminder that for games like: - Call Of Duty 10 Ghost - Call Of Duty 11 Advance Warfare - Call Of Duty 12 Black Ops 3 Their player bases are divided between thoses playing the Xbox 360 version and thoses playing the Xbox One version Both versions are backwards compatitible with Xbox One and Xbox Series X sooooo yeah keep that in mind when buying thoses games since in the case of Black Ops 3 the Xbox One version is much better than the Xbox 360 since it has the Singleplayer Campain, Coop Campain, Multiplayer, Zombies and all DLCs up to Zombies Chronicles (Final DLC) where as the Xbox 360 version only has Multiplayer, Zombies and DLCs up to Awakening (First DLC) For Ghost and Advance Warfare is more or less the same between Xbox 360 and Xbox One sooooo idk pick the one that You want All 3 games listed above have divided player bases between Xbox 360 version and Xbox One version

I just want them to make the menu screen not run slower than the actual game bruh, I don’t need to see my character walk in a 4K preloaded map with ray tracing when I’m scrolling through my loadouts tryna switch stuff up but it’s lagging, just stick a fucking png with a smoke effect is good enough, my gpu be melting and ps4 cleared for take off from run way 5 before I even get into a game

MW-MW3, including Black Ops 1 have a small amount playing which is neat. It’s nice going back to the first MW, using the M4A1 Carbine. ^_^ Hopefully this comment encourages people to come back though, because these classics are fun to get back into.

Bo1 and mw3 real player counts are probably similar to mw2/bo2 player counts so 1000-8000. On all those games there are only a handful of servers at any given time you just searched when there wasn’t one near you as bo2 matchmaking is stricter than the rest I’m pretty sure

For backwards compatible titles, 360 and upwards are all playable and usable, as long as you have a copy and console that can use said copy (like the series S is digital only so you MUST have a digital copy). So yes. On Xbox this is the current state. On PS, different story as no backwards. It's why the older games still have population as it's easy to pop in your disk in an xbox that can use disks.

That’s how the matchmaking is on the game. It’s p2p so it finds the best possible server mainly factoring in connection so it’ll likely put you in the same game

I can hardly ever find multiplayer lobbies on bo3 on Xbox. I can find people to play with on zombies pretty easily but matchmaking on multiplayer doesn’t feel like it is working right.

it's not really recommended to play the steam version of the older titles. Mainly cause many of them are hacked to death and has security risks because of P2P connections. If you really want to play them try to play on Plutonium and/or IW4X if you still have it installed before they shut it down, or if someone re launched it somewhere else.
