Which chi-square test? Goodness-of-fit, Homogeneity, Independence?

I had been looking for a video that differentiated various tests of Chi square. Since the fundamental method is one and the same, of squaring the differences and dividing the sum with degrees of freedom, to the mind all the tests also appeared the same. This is the first video that separated each Chi Square test. I big thank you for this!

So if I have a sample of 64 educators who answered a Likert survey question (1very familiar-5 not familiar) and want to see if there is a difference among age groups (21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, 61 +), which Chi-square test would I use: independence or homogeneity?
