I'd argue that fisherman and sparky should not be war criminals since Fisherman doesn't use the hook as a weapon against living things (he only pulls them without harming) and only against structures (although he is still guilty of fishslapping) And sparky is probably powered by a stormcloud like the tesla tower

Technically most of the explosives category can pass without war crimes. Cannoneer, bomber, bomb tower, rocket, and balloon definitively have something similar in real life militaries: Cannoneer: Self-explanatory. Guy uses cannon. Bomber: Grenadier Bomb tower: Grenadier but with the high ground Rocket: I mean which modern military doesn't have those? Balloon: Aircraft bombers. The balloon's death damage is basically the same as you shooting down an airplane, which itself will become an explosive (do not refer to that specific day you fools)

I took a few creative liberty's with the crimes, like sparky isn't actually nuclear, I did this so there would actually be some war crimes other than fire. Most of the explosive cards don't fall under explosive rounds, the actual crime, but it seemed more fitting to use all explosives, and it made for a better video
