As an Asian guy, I think the answer would be Scandinavian countries. For men, it's Norway, Sweden, Iceland. For women, it's Norway, Sweden, Iceland + denmark. There's something about the facial features. There are some Japanese who find SEA men attractive but in general, no. Most are seen as illegal migrants, poor blue collar workers and criminals in Japan. Heck, even Chinese are seen as such. Of cos, Koreans are the most favored Asians by the Japanese due to their higher living standards and K-Pop softpower.
