If you can take Memphis to an assisted living facility, you should bring her Jeep. I bet the residents would get such a kick seeing her ride in it. She can also be an unofficial therapy dog at the meet and greets you go too. Your niece and nephew are so stinking cute! Would they ever go camping with you? Maybe with your parents

Just want to add that the CGC alone does not make a dog a therapy dog. Dogs need to be certified under a therapy dog program to be a therapy dog that goes to hospitals and such, though in some cases retirement homes and such will allow dogs to visit with just the CGC. The AKC does have a therapy dog program too, but the CGC is open for any dog, pet or otherwise. Also because I regularly get asked, I'll explain the difference between therapy dogs, service dogs and emotional support animals. - Therapy dogs are dogs who go with their owners to volunteer in settings such as schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. They work for many people and provide comfort. They do not task, like a service dog does, but they do have to be comfortable in a wide variety of circumstances. - An emotional support dog provides support to a single individual with mental health or psychiatric issues. These dogs only help at home or places where pets are allowed. They are allowed in 'no pet housing'. - A service dog works for a single person with a disability (can be for any type of disability). These dogs are task trained to mitigate their handler's disability (just providing emotional support is not considered a task). Service dogs are highly trained to be able to handle all situations. Service dogs can go anywhere with their handler (with minor exceptions), even in non-pet friendly places. Service dogs are covered under the American's disability act (ADA) in the US.
