Have you done a video on the PowerEgg Drone??? Curious what your thoughts are on it??

Congrats on the move! DJI is a major player for a reason. That being said, there is the EXO BlackHawk which looks a lot like the Air. It's camera lines up more like the Air 2. I still think the Air 2S is probably the best bang for the buck. It's airframe is really solid, and the 2S is good enough for professional use. The Mini 3 sort of falls in line with the Air, but the Camera looks really good, and competes well with the Air 2S. The downside with sub 250 gram drones is that they blow away in the wind, although the mini 3 seems to really be a beast. If you can swing the budget, the Autel Lite + has variable aperture which puts it in line with the Maverick 3, which is considerably more. The Lite + shoots in a flat profile now as well. There are others out there like FIMI, Hubsan etc but if you are pushing to do vlogs or get really good video, then DJI or Autel is the way to go, although the EXO might also be an option. Also the Air2, Air 2S, Mini 3, Autel, and EXO all have obstacle avoidance which can save your bacon big time. They also all have return to home, and other features like APAS which also is important.

Hi Dan! Thanks and WOW - you really know your drones :) I hadn't heard about the EXO Black Hawk. It seems impressive with a 200mbps bit range. I get 150 out of my GH5. Though I can't seem to find out the frame rate in 4K. I suppose it's 30 FPS? Do you know by any chance? Yes the mini 3 seems amazing, but would like to try some of the other brands if I really "have to" add to my drone repository ;) Will look more into the EXO - otherwise I agree with you, Autel is probably the second biggest player in the drone market right now. Have a great week my friend! Cheers, Dan

@@YouRock-WeDrone I know the 4K on the blackhawk is 30 fps. Ken over at OrigionalDobo was talking with the CO of EXO and we would love to see it run 60 FPS. The camera can do it and it would simply be a firmware upgrade. The other thing is that the wind resistance on it is rated at level 8 so 35 mile an hour winds should be fine which is insane. Right now there are no ND filters for it as far as I can tell so the 60 fps would really help to reduce that jitter you see on the side of the frames. It won't give true motion blur, but helps. EXO is a partnership with Hubsan. Basically Hubsan is the manufacturer to EXO specs. EXO then does the QC and has all US based support. They also have an insurance program much like DJI refresh. Even with all that I am still leaning to want the Air 2S. I really don't have the budget for either, but I need to start somewhere. Also on a side note, when you buy the blackhawk they include a set of LUTs and also a 107 training course membership. I think that is pretty cool actually. Even if you don't pay the $175 to go and test, having the knowledge is a great thing.
