@@MyGreenCloset or them saying it's 'high quality' when just taking it out of the bag. How does it wear? Wash? Feel after a while? And don't get me started on them calling something 'low quality' because it feels cheap while they didn't check the material composition.

One more comment after actually watching the whole thing. I love how in depth the video was. I enjoyed the fitting details a lot. It was great to see you in all shirts for comparison. I also love that you included the ethical and sustainability factors. I’m so grateful for your channel and all the work you put into it. I wish KZbinrs who promote Everlane watched this video. This was so helpful, thank you. I's from Denmark like Organicbasics, and were planning to buy from a few t-shirts from them, but they are pricy. Happy to hear that they actually are worth their high price point.. over here clothes is more expensive and it can sometimes be hard to figure out if you actually get more for the money or if it's just the brand you pay for.

So good to see you include Everlane... specifically because they get so much attention for being Eco when they are not. The guy who started the brand saw an opportunity with the word transparency and tied it in with a massive marketing campaign around the same time that the True Cost made the rounds. When bloggers and KZbinrs started talking about sustainable and ethical fashion but not actually knowing a lot about what they were talking about, Everlane zeroed in on them and gave out a lot of free stuff... so they were included in everyone's "Listicles"... For us at Trend Privé Magazine we have spent a lot of years trying to teach people what to look for, and Everlane always gets asked about. Now we can simply send everyone to watch this video! 😊 Thank You!! Loved that you showed the bits like reinforcing the shoulder seam and how a person can test in store for themselves!! Very excited to find your channel. Well done, and keep going! (Request for white button up shirts, black pencil skirts, basic sweater and LBD so we can send people your way...)

I have three Pact shirts. Two are like the one here, a light cotton with definite twisting. I don't mind, because I kinda like the slouchy look and the price is right for me. The third one is a thicker cotton and lays so well. It's one of my favorites, but it isn't available anymore. I never really thought through why it's a better shirt, but hearing all your descriptions of fabrics and sewing, I understand now. Thanks for doing this! I love research like this :)

I found this video SO interesting! I loved how you went through all about the construction of the clothing and the way they fit. I think those were the most helpful parts because you have knowledge to talk intelligently about it. I will admit that when I saw a 28 minute video it was a little daunting, but while I was watching it it was all very interesting and pertinent, so I wouldn't have cut anything out. I would definitely love to see something similar on a more structured piece!

This was super interesting! I really liked hearing about the technical construction side of the shirts, and the shoulder situation - I think shoulders and armpits are often places that don't fit right for me but it's easy to accept that its just how a style fits - doesn't have to be the case!

A t shirt with nice soft material is what I like. If they are made from 100 % cotton and have good quality stitching that is what is most important to me. I especially love the longer length t shirts as they can be worn in summer and as a layer in winter too.
