Which FUJIFILM lens should you buy? (my opinion)

I think you're spot on here. I have the 18-55 and it's a great all-rounder. I picked up the 23mm f2 (35 equiv FOV) because I love this focal length for street work - and it's a tiny unobtrusive weather sealed lens. I'm about to make a move on the 35mm f1.4 for low light and portraits. I keep hearing and reading it has that "magic" in its rendering. I think it's the ONE.

Yes!!! I think there’s an argument for any of these lenses but those two are all arounders. The 35 1.4 took me through SXSW this weekend. I used it on the street at night. Really awesome!! I wanna try that 33mm! Have an awesome week!!

lots of good stuff in here but you are sleeping on the xf60! A real Swiss Army Knife of a lens...

Only buy lenses that autofocus, the rest are usually inconsistent. Save your money, you get what you pay for. I experimented with a couple of cheap manual lenses and they are pretty much useless garbage.

I have two all manual lenses and I have to admit I don’t use them very often…. The Mitakon 35 f0.95 is great but I find myself just reaching for the 1.4:)

When I've got my xt30 I didn't have money for Fujinon lens...I went with pergear...the 25mm, the 35 & the 50...got these 3 for about 110usd...the only one I don't like is the 50mm, I prefer using my Helios. After few months I bought the 18-55mm (great), the 35mm f1.4( love it) and the 55-200 (amazing lens). Now I'm using an XF 27mm on my xe2 most of the time. All that to say that the pergear 25mm f1.8 is a great lens, I'm still having fun with it. Thx for the video

I really really want an XE-4 with that 27mm! How do you like the 27mm? I haven’t tried it but that’s an amazing focal length. I had the 40mm for Canon…:)

I rented it after trying the 18mm f2...I was looking for something compact, initially I wanted something faster than f2.8 as I shoot a lot in poorly lit situation. I didn't like the 18mm (struggle to focus)...I was tempted by the 23 f2 but it was twice the size and twice the price. So yeah, love that 27mm, not too wide nor too tight, sharp from 2.8, and tiny. Would be even better if it could focus closer than 34cm...rent it, you'll see😉. Even with the xe2 it focuses fast
