Those are the best kind. Back at ya. ✌ Oh yeah, my current wedges are Mizuno JPX. Their a little bit tough on me sometimes, but when they're good, they're real good. It's been so wet this past year though that I think picking up a sand and gap wedge with a little more bounce might not be bad things to have around.

I went and got fitted at Precision Golf last July. My old Cleveland wedges had 4000rpm, which is a standard 4iron spin! Also, 14° of bounce on the sand wedge... which was not right for me at all. Got 11,200rpm with the Cobra wedges! Tried 7 heads, and the final choice was between Ping Glide 3 or the Glide forged. Total buyer's choice, as they were so similar. Went for the forged and they're lovely. 50°, 56° bent to 55° and 60°, with kbs c-taper lite stiff shafts. Just wish I was able to get on a golf course!
I am using Mizuno S18 wedges. They are sooo underrated. Got them new for under 100 bucks each more than a year ago. The 48 degree in blue, 54 degree in black and 58 degree in chrome.

Originally started with the wedges that came with my Wilson Staff Di5 irons, 44°, 50°, 55° and 60°. But then replaced the 55° sand wedge, (which I couldn't hit worth beans!) with a Cleveland 588. A few years later I replaced that with the 56° Cleveland CG15 which I've really enjoyed using out of the bunker.... but not so much from tight lies or heavy rough! Bought the Kirklands but ended up returning them because of the lack of any noticeable grind on the soles. Just bought the Cleveland CBX2 in 56° and 60° and will get the 52° before next season. Really looking forward to having some descent matching wedges.

Great content young man! I had been struggling with wedge choices a while back and settled on the Cleveland CBX wedges in 50, 54, & 60. I got them with the graphite shafts thinking they would be easier on a senior golfer with old injuries. I was wrong! They were stiff as a cured oak slab and actually hurt to hit them, shoulders crying out in pain kid of hurt! Had those shafts yanked out and replaced with Nippon Zelos 7 shafts in A flex, and wow! Night and day difference to say the least. I can practice/play with these wedges for hours now and walk away happy, and perhaps a wee bit smug ;) No more pain and it's like throwing darts, easy peasy. As a disclaimer, myself and all my golf mates live here in the Philippines and still golfing at least 3-4 rounds per week. Not really much difference now vs pre pandemic. If this crap ever goes away, and things get back to normal, come on over for a well deserved holiday, and bring Rick with you. You'll have the time of your lives! ;)
