Thats funny coz even a 150$ android phone like a Redmi 10 power will absolutely demolish the iphone 11 pro max and also run for twice as long. I dont know why anyone would waste their money on inferior technology. Even iphone 15 pro max is much inferior than at least 50% android phones out there.

I really loved my iPhone 11, but finally upgraded to a new phone after my 11 started not working much (partially due to me struggling and maxing out my storage haha.) I got the 15+, 512 GB, and love it so far. A little size adjustment but the battery life is quite awesome.

My decision to upgrade early was entirely driven by the new phone's ability to record Vision Pro-optimized video. I have the “base model” iPhone 14 here! The only complaint I have is the battery health 🪫 I use my phone *a lot* so after a little more than a year I’m down to 87% battery health 😅 could be worse but definitely could be better

that's OK ! not more. but it could be better! But because you use it a lot it's ok. You are an intensive user, so install a new battery after 2 years! If you don't use it much, it will take 3 years until it needs to be replaced

Upgraded from an iPhone 13 to an iPhone 15 plus and Goddamn the battery on this thing is just what I had expected. I am a heavy user and I easily get through the day with about 25-35% battery still left! For instance, I used 60% of my battery one day and got 7.5hrs of screen on time. It's great.

I went from an s8 to 15 and trust me that s8 was on 52% battery health and used to get me like 2 hours of screen time and the battery backup was like 6 hours The upgrade is astronomical I charge up till 90% and end the day at 50% with like 5 hours of screen time

I had the iphone 14 for the last few months but just got rid of it and went back to the 13. The 14 has a glitch that has not yet been resolved. Text message notification sounds do not work. You get a visual notification but no sound so you never know when a text comes in unless you pick up the phone and look for it. Every setting was checked and even took it to the Apple store but the problem continued. I had enough...and was happy to go back to my reliable iPhone 13.

I have the same issue with my 14 Pro! No sound at all when a text comes in or nothing across the front of the phone as far as notifications. Also, I do text someone every night and after I read their text and begin to text them back I can no longer scroll up to make sure I covered everything that they mentioned in their text, I can’t see it at all until I send my text message to them. Tech-support which I usually love could not tell me why this is happening and of course they want me to reset the phone and I just did not want to do that. I have four separate Gmail accounts That are set up underneath each other and I was told I would lose those. Not sure if that’s true or if I can save those somehow, but I am disappointed, and that made me think about getting the 15 but as the other person who left the comment said, they’re having a few problems with their iPhone 15. What should I get? My absolute limit for what I would spend on a phone gets me is either the 15 with 256 Gb or the 15 Pro with 128 Gb. For me the USB 2.0 transfer speed is too slow to use for anything other than charging. So I would only be able to transfer pictures to my MacBook and not my Windows PC. I currently have 40 Gb used storage on my old SE model

For the average user, forget the 14's. And you don't need the Pro iPhones unless if you are doing videography or you need the storage and power of the A17 Pro chip. The SE is way too outdated. The 13 is a great price and is basically the same as the 15 if you don't want Dynamic Island. I am personally not a fan of big phones. So that narrows it down to either the 13 or the 15. Now, I am going to say that the 13 is the better choice. The iPhone 13 has A15 Bionic, the iPhone 15 has A16 Bionic. It isn't that big of a jump, then you have the Dynamic Island. Honestly not that useful at all. And the price on the 13 is way less. Unless if you really like the Dynamic Island, the new colors, and the matte finish. Also if you do want the Plus variant go with the 15. The 14 is just going to be discontinued earlier, no point in getting that. In conclusion, I think the 13 is the best you can get right now if you are the standard user. If you are not the standard user, the best iPhone you can get is automatically the iPhone 15 Pro. The Pro Max has durability issues, heat issues, and sure it has a slightly better camera. 5x instead of 3x telephoto but the price jump is not worth it. The iPhone 15 Pro will last you a long time. So, TLDR: iPhone 13 for the average user, iPhone 15 Pro for the user who *needs* the latest and greatest.

I had 3 iPhones in my life: 6s, XR and now 14 plus. The first one I had for about 3-4 months, bought it used just to get to know iOS since I was an Android user most of my life. Then I sold it and upgraded to XR again bought used in great condition, used it for about 7 months. Sold it too and now I have 14 plus which I bought from customers return, not even opened by the customer. Someone simply didn't pick it up from pickup box. If I had to choose NOW which one I'd buy, my answer would still be the 14 plus. The battery life is awesome, I'm still at 100% 10 months later, the camera, overall performance is great. My 14 plus can have physical SIM since I'm not from US, there's also that plus for me. This phone will be with me for years to come.
