Havent smelled Profundo yet, but Profumo quite literally makes me weak in the knees. The first time I ever smelled it was when I visited the French Riviera back in 2015 and one night I was walking along the beach in Saint Raphael and a good looking older Frenchman was wearing it and that image has stuck in my head ever since. It's basically like the smell of the French Riviera in a bottle. Just gorgeous.

I think I love Profondo more but they both are amazing, honestly its pretty much profumo is fall/winter and profondo is spring/summer. I think they really knocked it out of the park with the new ADG

@Christopher Moore I had Profumo before and trust me, it’s best in winter. Yes it last all day but it’s very heavy, super strong so the cold winter kinda keep it cool, fresh. If you’re going to use Profumo during summer, please, drop only a few spray and I mean FEW. It’s strong asf. I use Profumo during winter (some summer too) Dior Savage during summer (24/7) I think I’ll try Profondo now

I think the one on the table is Profumo Special Blend (black and golden colours) but in the pictures rolled on the screen is Profumo (black and grey). I owned Profumo, I nevee owned Profumo Special Blend. I will buy Profondo most probably. Thank for the video!

Opposite is what keeps the world balanced. There is absolutely no way to say anything really is better than the other. Perfumery is probably up there in the most subjective things possible. Almost like cooking. What's better steak or chicken? These two flankers are both epic. The Acqua Di Gio line is without a doubt the most selling fragrance of all time. The math and accounting don't lie. For me, I really sway back and forth. I think as my palate or what I like and love has taken a full pivot. Honestly when I first smelled the original, I remembered thinking this is in the air more than oxygen so I wanted to not smell like everyone. As much as I liked it, I wanted a signature summer scent that was a little bit different than anything else. I went with Armaf Sillage, and Bentley Silverlake. Both have a fresh summer scent and both of those last a decade more than most aquatic scents. Especially the Sillage, which is a very good clone of Creed's Silver Mountain Water. After buying the new Parfum I am totally crazy for the line. I think time has tested these and they are as good now as they were awile ago.

Armani aqua di gio profumo is the best it can be worn all year round at any event, Armani aqua di gio profondo has a soapy and body wash smell to it, seems more of a summer scent i can't think of any event to wear it in.

I like Profondo, to me it has similarities with Percival, but more watery, and while Percival contains amroxan, Profondo gives to me an Iso E Super vibe in the drydown, don't know if it is the mastique. Percival is more aromatic, and that's why i love it.

So I actually have Sauvage and Percival. I love both! I’m going to Florida in July and wanted something more aquatic or clean/citrusy smelling like artisan pure and blvgari avqa amara. I plan on bringing artisan pure with me on the trip as I own a bottle, but the avqa amara is a bit too synthetic smelling for me to buy. I’m debating on buying profumo or profondo. I’m not sure which one to get. I’ve tried profumo before and thought it was nice, but didn’t buy a bottle. I’m a 19 almost 20 year old guy, but I’m mature for my age. @@mikecapalungan Profondo is fresher, fruitier (mandarine orange very detectable in the opening) and more easy-going. Profumo is darker, more versatile in colder weather, but slightly more mature because of the patchouli and the incense. If you want something that gives a "clean" vibe, profondo is the one you are looking for. I find it to have something in common with Percival, kind of a softer cousin.

Honestly I prefer Profondo and it isn’t even close. I like the sweetness of Profondo much more then the more soapy/patchouli smell of Profumo. While both are solid fragrances I believe, I think I can see myself letting go of my Profumo bottle since I don’t wear it often

By all honesty, i like profuomo, but when i by accident tried profondo i really and all of a sudden grew fond of it more than the former one. Profondo has a very intriguing spicy, clean soapy type of vibe which is irresistible by all measures.

I absolutely love Profumo. However within the fragrance community I see a lot of hate for Profumo, which I'm guessing just because it's popular. Just like Sauvage, it's not a super-natural smelling fragrance, but that doesn't mean it's bad.

They’re too mainstream for me. But in my opinion, I like Profondo more, because it smells more like the original (which is my favorite from the line) , and Profumo only smells good the first time you smell it. My opinion though.

I love both. I sprayed each of these on each of my rist and got my women to smell it.so her favourite fragrance was the original but then i got Profondo and it blew her away. I got her to smell these 2 fragrance and told her what one do you like the most. THAT ONE! She replied. Her. This one smell amazing and the other one is stinks what it is. Me. Sales guy really tried to sell me all 3 fragrances I had narrowed down to at the time (Armani code, Profundo, and YSL EDP. Ended up going with YSL EDP and received Profundo as a Christmas gift.) I’ll have to try the Profumo sometime, and definitely looking forward to doing so

I tried Profondo on a test strip and it really made me think of Bulgari Aqua which ties me to think of Polo Deep Blue. An aquatic with the seaweed note giving it a darker feel.

Facts I bought a 180 ml bottle I bought in 2015,My uncle recently got a bottle of Profumo 75 ml from Macy’s this March.Smells way weaker and doesn’t last long.The one I have is so strong and long lasting still to this day.
