Could you arrive at your goal by banding dry two inches from the seed with dry. Being that dry is in right form for plant uptake

Dry and Liquid, They are the same depends how you use them. Pretty much liquid come from Dry fertilized. Mix dry in to water it make Liquid before you feeding your vegetable. Dry fertilized save you more money's,they are work the same.
