In my opinion , bieng human a hot blooded creature. Survival in hot region will be difficult due to intense loss of electrolyte and others in the form of sweat . Whereas in cold region he get a benefit since our blood is already hot .

I think so that surviving in Antarctica is tougher. This is becuss if the temp is even like 15-16° C we'll feel cold. But to feel hot the temperature should be more than 35°C, the highest temperature recorded is 58° which 23°C more than how much it is to feel hot. And lowest temperature recorded is -89.2°C which more than 100°C less than the temperature required to desl cold. So, living in Antarctica would be tougher.

I think Antarctica because the temperature can go at -82 degree. And at Sahara Desert it can go at 58,but in sahara we can survive by water Reserves but there is no water reserve on Antarctica . Plus in Sahara Desert has a River but Antarctica doesn't have any river. In Sahara Desert people can live but in Antarctica on the research based scientist can live. For some month only.
