Hello again, I got a bit nostalgic and brought refurbished e71,e72 & a used e73 mode. All of them work flawlessly & truly there were of a gem back in those days and still are. If only symbian was still available today, people would gladly enjoy these type of devices.

There were rumors about Nokia a few years ago. The rumor was a new E-71 running Android with a full touch screen instead of the QWERTY keyboard. I don’t think the device was ever released but there were many photos online. RIP to Nokia, the fallen Finnish soldier.

It’s not possible. E71 can run a custom firmware look like androids but Android impossible.

@@RandomRepairz Ah yes, true. This rumored phone wasn’t the original device, but a new smartphone from Nokia that was basically a standard touchscreen phone. But the styling, colors and form factor of the devise strongly resembled the E-71, on purpose. It’s kind of hard to explain. Imagine an E-71 but the entire front face of the device is a touchscreen with no more physical keyboard. I thought it was cool but I never saw it released. I had the original E-71 when I lived in Vietnam until 2013. I absolutely loved it.
