All I want is to send a food order to the kitchen from the till that is not pos system. You see I have a food truck in the car park and payments are made inside the building and I wont to remotely send the orders to the chef. What can I use for this? Any help?

Hi elliott - yes and yes! Our courier partner provides an app which you can use to manage drivers, even if you're managing your own drivers (and not paying delivery fees). I checked out your site, but your FAQ did not have the answers. Is French supported? Can delivery option be removed and added again after the Covid restrictions? Is it flexible enough to strip out the food related options and add, say in-home personal services such as a hairdresser or dog groomer?

Hi Oxysmart ! 1. Euros are on their way and the big thing missing from your line of questions! French language is not yet supported on the operator dashboard, but will be done very quickly once we've set up with a French banking partner. You would write the product descriptions which customers see, so from a customer language viewpoint, you can put it in French. 2. Yes! You can toggle your delivery on and off from day to day, minute to minute, hour to hour. 3. Yes! You can make multiple menus, sell anything (legal) you like, and switch between them. They can be grooming services or toasted bagels - it makes no difference at all.

Hi Jim! Only GBP is available for now, but we're looking at adding other currencies including USD and EUR shortly. You could consider using a hand-held card machine by a provider such as iZettle for now; and then you'll receive product update emails which will let you know when additional currencies are available.

Hi Andrew! You can't change the StoreKit Order & Pay language. Countries besides the UK are a forthcoming with our developers, but it's more complicated than simply adding a language because of the way time works. I think the first countries we'll add will be the US and some larger European countries, so I don't think Indonesia will be on the agenda for a little while. I'm not sure about GloriaFood!
