Sorry to break it to you but without Madrid Spain would be nothing even in Europe. 10 English clubs have won the top European trophy, and that’s from a country that doesn’t really care about Europe. The league is always most important in England. And I don’t know what soccer is, but the fact that you use that word suggests you’re not from a football country. Not even a proper fan if you use that word. Spanish small teams will always cause problems for the big epl teams and that games between english and spanish teams have proved it. United or liverpool would struggle against a cadiz or rayo vallecano thats because the quality of football is better in la liga and wayyy more entertaining. Half of the english teams is made up of washed english players who havent even made the national team. The prem has become a two-horse race for the past couple of years. Plus the prem teams have it the best rn in terms of owners who can pitch in whatever they have in their bank accounts thus makes it twice the revenue for epl clubs. La liga clubs have to win to generate revenue. Thats why prem teams tend to make it further in the ucl nowadays. But the fact that real madrid was able to beat all ur oil money clubs in the ucl and win the entire competition shows the difference in quality. Real madrid and barcelona together surpasses all the biggest teams in england.

Basically there at least 10 top English teams that can surprise one another by being able to play better that particular night. Where most countries have one or three teams that win the league every year because they have better players and more money, while other teams drift in the same spot year after year. Spain has Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid Seville, and Barcelona. Most other countries have 3 at most. England has ten therefore it is a more fair game and more interesting.

EPL feels more competitive. 90% of the time you can watch any game and be well entertained with the drama and competitiveness. I haven't watched much La Liga but from what I know it's not as fast and about two or three teams every season. There's also alot more money in the prem and that I think is fair to say equals a more even spread of talent across more teams. Yes La Liga has a concentration of superstars that are Real Madrid and Barca and Atletico, but in the prem there are stars in pretty much every team. So easy for me, to say the prem.

Honestly although both leagues are great i have to give it to La Liga, they always seem to dominate the champions league stage, from time to time Premier league pro team do tend to win a champions league, La Liga sense to dominate the tournament, you got 3 Spanish pro team winning it back to back Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid vs one good premier league team like Man City. 4 out 5 time La liga will win a match against a Primier team.

Premier League fan here. Man United is the first team I discovered in my childhood. Long before I like Barcelona. It's just sad Man United isn't as cool as before but since Haaland is Zanark Avalonic in real life, I'm a Man City fan now, I also like Chelsea since they are still the current champion of Club World Cup. Since the Club World Cup is planned to be expand, I hope to see Man City wins it.

Laliga's biggest problem is their referees, management and potential big teams mentality. First referees are so lazy and immature that they will always give decisions for big teams, silly cards for everything, silly whistle for slightest touch which makes the play incredibly slow day by day, so many breaks in every second and ultimately less to no intensity in games because of these. Then Javier tebas has to be the worst president in Europe right now, he can't help to build proper infrastructure for laliga, he doesn't care about the referees quality and dedication, broadcasting quality, then stupid financial rules and marketing of laliga. Finally laliga's some of the great potential team's small club mentality blocking them from doing more. Clubs like sevilla, Villarreal, Valencia, sociedad media activity, marketing, fan engagement and most of all sponsoring are horrendous. Sevilla makes €5m per year for shirt sponsorship that's crazy. Instead of earning by growing as a club they prefer earning by selling their best players for pennies which makes them stay in a particular box. I think betis have that desire to become brave and big, then almeria with that dedicated owner seems to have a good future ahead.
