Which is Variant is the Best to Focus / The Most Easiest Variant | Marvel Contest of Champions

In This Video: This was a video inspired from last weeks podcast where someone from Dan's Frontline MCOC community were interested in something like this. The best or easiest variant is Variant 4. It has the most straight forward last 2 chapters. You get more Prems, 4 stars which means your 4,3,2 star rosters are more stacked building for this. The 1 stars are important DONT SELL THEM. the first 2 missions are pretty scuff though.

That's why I can't stand listening to him. Most easiest, etc. He does it all the time. I don't even know what to call it. I know not to use double negatives,but I have no idea what to call what he does. Its more better if I knew what to call it. Fn guy drives me insane. Edit: its called a double comparative.

It’s all dependant on your roster. I jumped from 4* to 5* quite quickly so my 4* roster is very limited, only 8 are max rank. The same with 3* with only 4 max rank. But then for variant 2 I have quake who’s basically able to do half of it herself, recently ranked up Hyperion, thing & venom, got a 6* hulkbuster and now I only have one chapter to 100% which would be my first 100%. Variant 3 is probably easier to do than v4 as well since I have a 5* & 6* ghost among other good techs.

I made the jump from 4* to 5* pretty quickly too. I have only 3 maxed.

Stark Spidey did the work for me in Variant 5 (on the lifesteal path in particular)..... way more than any of my mystic champs. I wouldn't call this content fun, but the rewards are worthwhile.

V3 is easiest to 100% a 4* ghost and warlock can do almost 100% of the content very easily

The worst part about v2 or v3 is the kang final boss if you dont have the right counter he can be such a pain

So far i have completed Variant 3 and 4, but i am stuck at chapter 2 of Variant 5 because i don't have any 4 star poison immune character ranked up or any 5 star one for that Scarlet Witch, i can still do that by using revives, but i am trying to save them for 6.2 Thanks for the tips, I always keep coming back to this channel, your videos have really been helpful👍 Also that poison and fury node is called Caustic temper, which is a pain without hulk and even with hulk, you still have to face Magik and Mordo.

I havent done any of the variants cause i cant. I have some pretty good champs but i dont have utility focused champs so i dont have the needed utility or requirements for the variants.

Is it necessary to have your team rating match the recommended range for variant? I would like the rewards they offer, but I don't have strong enough Champs to hit that 45k

Variant 5 is best because has the best rewards, and I think that with a r5 Doom, r4 Venom and r4 Magik could be enough. I can r4 Stealth Spidey and Ghost Rider/Morningstar/Sorcerer Supreme too.

You call Variant 4 one of the best to focus on? Its going to be impossible to believe any word you people say about these quests ever again. That variant is absolute bullshit. More so than others. 4.2.1 handicaps you to 4 stars & only specials do damage(Im so sick of that node). 4.2.2 handicaps you to goddamn 3 stars, and Moonknight at the end is a unit hog. Nothing but evade spam. And you cant use hoeed or posion, so ArchAngel & Venom are out. I was stuck with using Shang-Chi. Idk how bastards defend this sh_t. Besides by being whales that already have tons of resources, or by being those no-life elitists that intentionally handicap themselves in regular quests.

Warlock is still good against magneto he gives infection that reduces magneto's abilities
