no mention of i/o, cooling solutions, keyboard and touchpad quality, upgradability, speaker quality, benchmarks. i mean the video was disappointing. this could lead people to buy laptops hastily and then regret it because they don't get the performance they expected and if we have to research about each laptop then what is the point of this video. i liked that you mentioned different laptops at different price segments but please give a more thorough review of these laptops. if you don't have them, please try get your hands on them for just a comparison video and then return them to the companies or the stores. this video wasn't good enough to help make an important decision of buying an expensive product like a laptop. i am very disappointed.

@2k kid ssds are some other kind of storage which does not have any mechanical moving parts, so they have 20* times better speeds than hdds. So they are much more expensive than hdd. In 2019 speed is really important in windows, so do an ssd in your laptop. In my laptop i don't have ssd so it's very slow with 1tb hdd.l, I will purchase an 120gb ssd and move my windows in it and it will becomes much much much better than before.

Also about the battery life. It's great and I use it everyday. IMO you can't get a better windows laptop. It's best combination of great build quality, great design, great display, great keyboard, best trackpad for windows and on par performance with the compitition. The only con is poor port selection. Otherwise it is a perfect laptop.

Ram doesn't matter if your laptop is coupled with a HDD, 4GB ram and an ssd of any size will still make your laptop really fast. Plus, if you want to upgrade ram it'll be cheaper and if you want to boot faster and open apps quicker and smooth ssd is the answer

​@@Chocolovers what? different categories exist because there are trade-offs between these laptops. professional and heavy users require powerful and solid performance WHILE having good battery life. on the other hand, gaming laptops have mid-range to high-end specs especially for their CPUs and GPUs but they suffer in battery life. this is why most of the time gaming laptops are required to be plugged in for it to be able to perform at full power. sure, you can use a gaming laptop for coding and developing an app/software but if you are on the go, gaming laptops aren't the most suitable choice due to it's battery life. similarly, if you want to game on heavy/professional laptops, you won't be able to play those AAA titles because of the GPUs and CPUs aren't meant for gaming purposes.

Alternative to Asus Tuf Fx 505: Lenovo legion Y530 specs:- IPS 15.6 in FHD screen @60Hz i5-8th Gen.- i5-8300H 1TB HDD, 256Gb SSD Nvidia Gtx 1050 Ti 4GB 8GB DDR4 RAM. Only difference is of screen but Asus gives TN panel(high refresh rate) & Legion gives IPS screen (much better colours & great viewing angles)
