Thank you for doing these videos. I have learned a lot from you. I am from the Philippines and relatively new, having started just two years ago in the tarpaulin printing biz. My brother-in-law bought the printer for me. It was a printer from Yinghe. Less than a year after the printer was bought, an issue suddenly happened that made me frustrated and anxious. A sudden power interruption, while printing, made the printer malfunction. The capping motor suddenly made a grinding noise. Customer support was a nightmare, for the seller or the Philippine representative of Yinghe could not be bothered to come and check my machine. I searched for it on the web and youtube but there were no answers. I even asked the veterans. Some suggested replacing the motor so I replaced it and, still, the problem persists. I suspected it was the board that controls the motor but I could not verify it. So, I had to hire a "certified technician" to verify my suspicion. I was right. Good thing the malfunction happened while the machine was still in its warranty period. I directly contacted Yinghe in China to send the board to them for repairs. In fairness to Yinghe, they repaired or probably replaced the board with no fuss and hassle.
