I agree with what you've said about leashes. I've used a flex leash, and it takes a lot of concentration to manage it and our Husky. It's nice at the wide open park, but walking down the street it's usually locked at a certain distance, or I let it pay out to lower restraint pressure as a reward when puppy is staying in a close position. But since puppy tends to wander left and right, we're back to a lot of leash management. Also with the flexible leash, the tape doesn't seem like it would hold up well to our Husky's "chewing" on the leash while walking. So maybe a chain leader would work there. I like the rope leash because I can manage it very well. I can let puppy have the full length for playing (it's about 6-8'), or I can hold the loop and a length of rope for a close walk. The thicker rope doesn't worry me about puppy chewing on it, plus its thick enough I can grip it well and not have it pulled and give a rope burn. Downside I can see to a rope leash is a head collar where slight weight or pressure is applied to the nose loop to correct walking or jumping behavior. But I'd like to hear what your thoughts are on those sorts of training devices. I may have to try a bungie leash just so I can stop that shock when the leash runs out. Me and my fiance have had a shibski since he was 3 months old. I have been binge watching your videos ever since we got him and they have helped us out so much with this little huskies attitude. He is now 10 months old and the Siberian husky is really coming out in him, a full chest harness was the route we went bc he attempts to pull alot without it. I have been using a rope harness lead for a little while now, with my hyper boy Xoro. He’s a 2.5 yr old bottle of GO! And this lead is the best thing I have ever come across! It’s the kind that wraps around their shoulders and tightens slightly as he pulls. So the lead makes tug training much easier! And we all know huskies love their pulling! I used to be all about the tactical harness, but since finding the rope lead, I have dropped them completely! They are unnecessary and my pup is much safer without it! He can no longer back out or slip out. I have much better control and my boy knows it! Walks are enjoyable again!

Your dogs are fat & do not look healthy. You should switch to a raw diet. Preferably pre made raw but it's more expensive.
