Sooo odd question how do you get the birds to show up in the dex? The dogs do for me just not the birds and I've done the sevi islands

Gym reruns. Some leaders have the birds upon rematch. or get a friend to trade you one and you can trade it back! Those would be the easiest ways

Oh, this is a cool information! I don't have any of these legendaries in the dex (I saw your comment that some gym leaders have them, thanks for that!) Any tips on how to stay sane while going for the legendaries? My account is very new with 145 hours and I combine looking for the birds with catching to make some money. Still, it gets boring at some point.

for sure, i recommend using pokemmo as background content while you enjoy a tv show, movie, anime or more. Thats what helps me get through the painful grind haha
