I’ve only been playing with emerald and steel in this set, and really only have been seeing the meta cards played so it is fun to watch some of the other cards in the set get utilized. Great graphics!

I’m new at lorcana just found iT. If i buy two starterpacks can i change the colours in the packs. And can I mix the first chapter and into the inkland packs

Hello am new to this game. I recently picked these two starter decks up yesterday. I want to understand what I can do to improve them to have a fighting chance at my locals I recently discovered. Understanding the deck building process and where I should focus my funds so I won’t waste money on things that make no difference. Also what app is that for lore ?

It’s called the Lotus app, but we put the lore symbol on the video for clarity. As for upgrading the decks, we actually just recently had a podcast episode all about that! (Episode 17 of our show, Ready Set LIVE!) We also have a Lorcana Lessons series in the channel to introduce the rules and strategies in a digestible manner! I hope they help!

@@ReadySetDraw_TCGyes I watched the podcast awesome stuff but I have to admit it’s hard to follow along because I don’t know the cards off the top of my head, I suggest adding images of the cards over the conversation/strategies so a noob like me can follow along maybe even with time stamps. Just a thought😢

What advice will work best for you depends: Is Lorcana your first trading card game ever or have you played another one? physical or digital (like hearthstone for example)

@@Green1upYeah I played YGO too back in the day. That experience won't help you with a game like this 😂 The most importsnt thing when deck building is to figure out what your deck's goal is, and put in ONLY cards that further that goal. For instance, if you're building off of tactical teamwork, make sure you have cards at all different costs that get more dudes on the board, and benefit from having a lot of dudes. Your cards' costs should be on a bell curve, with more cards in the 2/3/4 ink range than any other. if your deck wants to win fast, bias it in favor of 2's and 3's. If it wants to play the long game, do more 3's and 4's. Lorcana id a game where the starters are actually pretty decent, so don't be afraid to buy more copies of things inside that work. If you ever draw a card and go "Wow, I wish I had this every game" GET MORE OF IT. Finally, think about each card in terms of its cost. If I spend 3 mana on X, what is it accomplishing? Is that bringing me closer to winning? How? Hopefully some of that makes sense, and good luck!
