Stronger than it is on other cacs you mean? I mean.. yeah, you're right. But no one really uses her as a shielder in higher AR levels. She is almost always played as C6 on-field main dps with lots of defense. So the clip in the video is actually accurate for the shield strength on a well built, high Constellation Noelle!

Its unfair for Toma and Kirara because their shields have stacking mechanics like Toma you need to Na and for Kirara if you hit the enemy with her cat form it gets stronger.

but it takes ages, by the time thoma has stacked, layla has already finished her skill cooldown, and can reactivate, tanking more dmg, even if thoma shield is slightly stornger at full stacks

They all have different defense stats so this comparison is very unreasonable. You can try a shield on a lvl 1 character and see that shield breaks much faster and easier because the character has much less defense than a normal leveled up character.

This video was not made correctly. It would be fair if all 4-star characters had their shield talent at maximum. And if the shields were used correctly. Kirara and Thomas have shields that become stronger when used correctly. Many characters in the video are not at their maximum shield potential.

First of all kirara you need to hold her skill for up to 150% sheild absorbtion increase. Thomas needs to basic to quadruple his sheilds hp. The sheild is based on def so instead of having noelle with 2k+ def you should have the same def character.
