More girl talk! Never had Uber or Lyft so idk. I enjoy my alone time but cherish my time with hubby. As a cosmetologist time is money so I do charge for lenght. Thats what we were tought. I cant make a profit an do the adulting like paying bills if Im charging $30 for a job that took me 3hrs to do on long hair when it usually takes me 30min to do on short hair. Have to take in consideration tht long hair takes longer to detangle, dry ect.. I truly enjoyed this segment 🥰.

As far as the hair situation, I think it's fair to charge more for longer / bigger hair. I am a cake decorator, and it's the same concept... I'm gonna charge more for a cake that took me 6 hours to do vs a cake that only took me 2.

I preferred Lyft as a driver and rider. I drove Lyft for 2 years and loved it!! It was like my mobile ministry, met great people and had great conversations!! I really miss it.

Love waking up alone it’s so peaceful, also I work for a food delivery service, which I enjoy and heck NO, I would never drive Lyft or Uber too risky. Delivering food is peaceful and safer, and have no worries about what the person behind you will try to do.

Hello, Kiki! I really enjoyed the video. I love the down-to-earth and realness between you and your friends. With Adultness....I agree and say that I don't like waking up alone. I know that I will have to continue to be patient and wait on JESUS. Kiki, I'm a Uber and Lyft driver. I've been doing it for almost two months. A cousin suggested that it would be something good to do to earn extra money. Before starting, I prayed and askes the Lord to send riders that would not cause or do any harm to me. So far I've had great rider experience. I live in MS and the college kids that attend MSU mostly use Lyft because it's cheaper. As a driver I like driving for both but I would prefer more rides from Uber. Uber pays more than Lyft. And as far as communication between the driver and the rider I like Uber because you can text ( I talk text) or call them. Lyft only allows the driver to call the rider and mostly the rider want answer because its an unknown number which makes it hard to find their location. Lyft only pays well when the riders destination is long. Again, I enjoyed the video. Keep doing you, be blessed!!!!

I truly prefer Uber over Lyft due to the area I live. I lives in Trenton/ Ewing, NJ and Uber is always cheaper than Lyft. I can put my address in and my job address Uber price be like $5.50 to $8.00 ( unless I add a trip). Give Lyft the same address they charge $10.00 to $14.00 and I’m only going less than 2 miles from my house. A regular taxi in my area is $10.00-12.20. Same address different price. Then don’t ever pick pool pick up. They pick up any and every body b4 taking you to your location.

Several of my family members are licenced hair care professionals. As for the salon charging by hair type/texture or length; that should be discussed during the in-person consultation well before any services are rendered. The problem I had after the master "Beauticians" I used retired. I have waist length, coarse (4B/z-pattern) hair. Some stylists and salons were lying about their expertise and experience with my type. The Natural Hair Care Movement was in full swing and they didn't want to lose money. Everything would be agreed upon during the consult. Then I go to the appointment and the stylist would pull a bait & switch.

Kierra, I have done Uber and Lyft both. Where I live, they are both pretty safe. I don't live in a BIG city but I live in a place that's about 120k ppl. I am currently doing Uber as my side hustle. Waiting for Lyft to approve me to start with them again. I drive a school bus as my main job. I had a question about that whole asking forgiveness/permission thing, cause I totally missed it. My question is: WHA??? 🤯🤯🤯 I didn't understand the question or concept 😂😂😂 so please help me to understand it and maybe I can answer. Y'all be blessed and keep doing this Kierra. This is cool. Why is it that the generation of female can't cook girl at work be asking to to write down the recipe or teach them to cook, one girl getting ready to get marry and this was their fist Thanksgiving together I had to get on her back and make her cook for the brother I said he will leave you I have to teach girl how to keep a man is mother not teaching their daughter or is the Mother and grandmother getting younger and they don't know and that why the divorce rate is High. Not Marry scare to get marry I am a only child raise by Great Grandmother, Grandmother and Grandfather. grandparents taught me to work , clean, cook , paid bills and serve god. where are the young lady at all I see in church are women that want the Bad Boys of Baltimore they don't want Church Men who are saved the want the unsaved can you talk about that and also talk about the Senior Citizen why are these old lady trying to hit on us younger men one was 90 yrs old try to hit on me I almost go the oil and bless her real good what wrong with today church folks may mama Karen want to talk on that issue.
