Aparna Vasudha is in peri urban zone at Chevella. At kandlakoya exit, the price is 75000/- per square yard in HUDA approved layouts (not 35000/-)

The club in Aparna Western Meadows is not part of the layout. It is Aparna's own clubhouse abutting the layout. Whoever purchases a plot now will have to take membership like any other outsider. But definitely, as it is abutting Aparna Western Meadows, it definitely an advantage for the layout.
