Also add one more point: The move from the zone should break the previous high/low structure i.e impluse should give BOS. This will validate your supply and demand zone i.e your order blocks... :)

High probability order block should have 3 traits : - An impulsive move -Resulting an Imbalance - Creating significant change to the Market structure (BOS/Choch)

Thanks, JeaFx. The biggest mistake I was doing is not checking at least 4-5 times high time frames. It's important that OB selection is based on a High time frame move, we always have SVG there and we can't ignore it.

It depends on what style ur trading.. If ur suitable with 30m or 1H move capture then you should consider that zone.. Bt if u r looking to capture the swings, then u gotta look for HTF zones...
