Gaur City ka rate hike bhi socho aur rent approach maine 2019 main 14th Avenue main 3 bhk book kiya tha all inclusive cost 40 lakh with free registery now current resale cost is 92 lakh.. crowded bhi wahi jagah hoti hai jahan logo ko sab facilities milti hain and not to mention about construction quality of Gaur specially MIVAN

Any new buyer should go for Mivan construction, that gives a premium & better construction quality '

But customization freedom is 0 in case mivan construction. Can't even fit nails in walls with normal drill machine.

@@deepikaverma6830 Mivan have numerous benefits, better construction quality, seepage proof, Earthquake resistance etc, Never invest your hard earned money in brick construction in today's time when we hv better and premium alternative

Defolulter list has been not issue by nbcc Or anorock list issued by supreme court monitoring committee under the court receiver office followed by all legal provisions so, there is no any problem in future🎉

I don't think so. Because all the decision from NBCC are taken by the Honourable Supreme court only regarding defaulter's clams. Without SC's instructions NBCC will not sell a single Default ed unit. Supreme court has reacted very strongly against the defaulters. As the genuine buyers are also suffering because of them. So need not to worry. I don't think that after NBCC's Allotment confirmation any defaulter can come back and claim for his old investment.

No one can stop the defaulter from filing the case and the current buyer will suffer as he has to appear for the hearing although he will win the case

crm is the worst team ever of nbcc they literally treat their clients as if we have purchased flats for free I too have a flat in nbcc project and sometimes I am very stressed because of crm team behaviour

@@visitwheel that's not a trap. Inventory is published based on towers for different sales executives. 1 executive is not having visibility of the entire project. I have also experienced it and went ahead with that agent who provided better options.
