Which Set Has Better Value? 2022 Tins vs Magnificent Mavens Opening!

I love sets like this which aren't "all or nothing." Even if you don't pull some crazy $100 card, it still feels good to get a bunch of $5 or $10 cards.

Exactly. Seriously considering getting another case of tins just cause they are so much fun to open and you can never have too many of the staples like Ash and Lightning Storm if you ask me.

Mavens are better for better pull rates, the sleeves and for a chance at a higher rarity. The only great thing about tins compared to mama is prismatic secrets

I agree. I do like the look of the prismatic secret rares though and love to have them for my side deck. Just adds extra bling.

I do really like the mega tins cuz you can get Dragoon which is one of my favorite cards from the mega tin

Mavens has some solid value with those cards! TTT and evenly matched are def solid, but those tins are a huge hit or miss with those packs. Mavens is more consistent with hits!

They have some really good reprints and the pharaohs rares were a pretty big home run if you ask me.

It’s possible. I mean I have not pulled either. Of course my step son has a Pharaoh’s rare Reinforcement of the Army he got from just a single MAMA box but me and 3 display boxes worth of openings later got nothing.
