You have to activate the blocked account only after you arrive in Germany by creating a current account in any of the German banks.

@@pranavkk2678 Open an account in Expatrio or Fintiba.... I opened in Expatrio. After the fund is ready in your account. Initiate payment request in Expatrio it can be part payments or single payments. I did using electronic A2 transfer. After initiation you will be given two documents for download 1 will be A2 form and another will be Transfer account details. Sign the A2 form with date and upload in the same page. Go to your bank in which you have the fund. Request manager to send rtgs or neft with the details. He guide you with some procedures to fill rgts form. Don't forget to inform banker to give your payment description while sending RTGS. After few minutes your fund will be deducted and you will receive an confirmation mail. Take a snip of it and your account statement club it as PDF and upload in the transfer proof (it is the page where you uploaded A2 form). Then the payment status will show as 50%. Your part is done. You have to check from the next day if the fund has reflected in Expatrio. You will receive an confirmation on fund received download it.
