Love my Simagic setup. All are good choices for the reasons given.

Hi! In Simagic Ecosystem, the Maglink allow to use only the Simagic GT Neo Wheel with any other wheelbase, this adaptor isn't working with other wheels at this day. Maybe in the future 😃

Definitely in the future. They've already announced compatible products coming next year.

Agree with the Simagic comments. The Alpha or Alpha mini are fantastic. But I did go Moza R12 back in May with the GS V2P wheel and then got the Simagic P1000 pedals with 2 haptics and I love it. People overblow the need to stay in 1 ecosystem and it's seamless using a Moza base with Simagic pedals. I just really liked the GS V2P over the GT Neo rim. The most important part though are the P1000's with the haptic motors (or P2000's if you really wanted). They are a complete cheat code when racing. I could never go back to racing without the haptics on my brake and throttle and tell everyone I can to buy them. They are simply incredible. For reference, I'm mostly an iRacer but used to play a lot of ACC when I first got them. Just my 2 cents.

The best gear is what you can afford. I have a Fanatec Clubsport DD+ 15nm, cls elite v2 pedals and Fanatec shifter. But i love to buy different branded steering wheels like the Simagic GT Neo with maglink mounted on leoxz QR2 core. I bought the moza handbrake which is very good for the price point.

I personally love my Moza ecosystem, the range of products is unlike any other brand, they offer things that others don't like a truck wheel and a indicator stalks which are a game changer, they also have an open ecosystem meaning they don't restrict you in terms of using other brands, they also offer their products to work on other brands. Tbh if i didn't go for moza, I'd go with Simagic because they are very similar in many areas.

Just ordered my first sim racing set up. Went with: Moza R9, SRP Pedals and ES wheel Total was $1030 AUD for the bunch, which was about the limit of what I could stomach to spend.

i upgraded from thrustmaster and I chose moza for two reasons.. 1)microcenter sells the brand and it was ready for pickup within the hour 2) I had no idea there were so many other brands outside of fannatec and thrustmaster. The screen on the FSR wheel from moza has a few bugs but overall I love it. May not be the best brand but to me it was an obvious choice.

My rig is a mash up of multiple brands. Simagic alpha base plus steering wheels, huesinkveld pedals, Thrustmaster shifter, and moza hand brake. Running on a Sim-Lab cockpit.

Simagic budget and Asetek normal. If you're not on a budget, Simucube Base, Pedals and high end wheels like Ascher, GSI, Bavarian Simtech etc.
@reviewforthetube64854 күн бұрын
Ive tried all of them pretty much and the invicta is what impressed me most of all. Has a feel of simucube in it also 😉. There qr design really really sold it for me straight direct in qr is so nice. But the ffb is where its special. The ffb holy crap ive never ever felt so connected to any other wheelbase. Simucube has the pedals for sure but the wheelbase i feel asetek beats them now. It offers every feeling simucube offers. But with less noise and less need for using filters. Its also imo a bit faster like sim racing enthusiast video showed when he mains simucube. He went back going how is the invicta so fast lol. Its so responsive its like a modern simucube with updated features. I really really agree with will from boosted, Dave cam, old man sim racing, sim racing enthusiast channel and more when they couldn't believe how good asetek was in feel compared to other brands. Feeling more connected then ever before. Also you get the performance of the ultimate from simucube for much less. 1300 normally for 27nm compared to 32nm ultimate for over 2k dollars. Same speed and or slew rate. And everything else. So for me its hard to not choose them as a high end enthusiast now.

Asetek has knocked it out of the park in a lot of areas, the QR being one of them along with excellent performance.

@@SimRacingSetupsi just wish people knew even if they don't like the looks of the forte wheel. That wheel feels so good to race with. Something special about it. Just makes you want to race. So I get the choices they made now. And it can be made to look good now with changing the color of the buttons. But there new invicta wheel looks so so good and wow is it.

Yeah as you said the problem is shipping and taxes with these companies. For me, only thrustmaster and logitech are available at a good price point because all the rest have a lot of taxes and shipping. Also you forgot to include cammus, they are good too

There are all sorts of adapters that allow for different compatibility with consoles and brands. I am only talking about native compatibility in the video as that’s what most people will be looking at when buying

Simagic is the best bang for your buck if playing on pc and on a mid range budget. Moza is mostly just a lower quality and lower priced simagic for those that cant afford simagic gear. Moza does have a few good peripheral and wheel options to pair with other brands gear. I cant believe you covered simagic and then immediately didn't mention them in the following recommendations section. Simucube is the best but most expensive. Asatek is the next choice in that price range and have an awesome quick release system. Simagic comes next at the higher end of midrange/ lower top tier. Beyond that it's basically up to your budget and what system you play on. Im so tired of hearing people praising moza just because they practically send gear to anyone who promises to make a review video or who already has a decent following in the space. Moza is basically your first step up from a logi g29/920 or thrustmaster belt and gear drive bases into the bottom wnd of the dd space. I switched from a moza ecosystem to a simagic ecosystem when i felt the itch to upgrade and i couldn't be happier.

I take this with a grain of salt barely said anything about Simagic. Look at the forums well loved and plenty leaving moza already and ditching fanatec for simagic. And says Corsair might be fanatecs savior. Clearly hasn’t been watching there down hill slide on there pc products and there ass rma services. Corsair negativity around them is not helping there cause bringing in a struggling sim company
