We have a first team all pro OL in Quinn Meinerz who went to Wisconsin-whitewater. D-III School. Dude was in the forest knocking over small trees in the draft tape because it was middle of COVID. Talent is talent

What is the beat that AT Perry becomes the joker....
@DenverSports1043Күн бұрын
wide receivers aren't traditionally 'jokers' for Sean Payton....but then Marvin Mims came along!

Might take a TE a year or two to develop. But they can easily be better than any TE on last years roster year 1.

It's all about fit, as well as their ceiling. Whether its TE, RB1, LB, etc.
@DenverSports1043Күн бұрын
fit is the key...not just for QB
@humanalarmclockКүн бұрын
I think multiple mocks are fine especially since there are checkpoints along the way such as Senior Bowl, Combine, Pro Days, Free Agency, etc.

Imagine a world where the Broncos get Jeanty AND Skattebo. They’d go from never having a rusher get 100 yards in a game, to never having a game without a rusher getting 100 yards.

Imagine Warren & Fannin in the 1st & 2nd plus Devin Neal in the 3rd playing in this offense with Bo for the next 5 years

I've been arguing with people for weeks that the small school means absolutely nothing. Talent is talent. Traits are traits. Point blank end of story.

it's remarkable so many people have that take! talent can come from anywhere

I wouldn't be mad at getting the best DT and ILB 1st and 2nd round. Then get our RB and TE 3rd and 4th.

Kenny Anderson ( QB Cincy) who should be HOF, what school, was it Augustana?

ILB please

What about Walter Nolen or Jihad Campbell. I know we juice on offense, but we havent hit on a tight end in years.

Stud RB isn’t necessary! 1 of the 4 teams have a stud RB, meaning not a requirement. Get a stud TE, Warren or Loveland. KC and NE dynasties didn’t have stud RB. Great coach, QB, TE, and D

Colston Loveland in Round 1 & Omari Hampton in Round 2! Also so sick of hearing the word joker 🙄

I like Fannin okay, what 5th rnd maybe 4th....I like Helm Tx. and the kid from LSU (is it Taylor) if we're talking day three tights.
@LjMccray-e1nКүн бұрын
Thank u Jesus please put Harold fannin on the map these other NFL prospects are so disrespectful don't even have him in the top 5, like he is the best TE when it comes to speed but have not seen his blocking in highlights
@shadiffhinson4205Күн бұрын
Do we even know if jenty is a 3 down back? Isnt he 5'9?
@DenverSports1043Күн бұрын
he's 5-feet, 9-inches and has ELITE pass pro skill ...and good receiving skill. he may not be a pile pusher, but Jeanty has great contact balance, vision, quickness, hands, etc. he doesn't need to come off the field.
@watchmesquatchКүн бұрын
Don't need a 3 down back. Just need a better version of Mclaughlin (aka Jeanty) and an improved Estime in his second year.
@andronhillhouse996Күн бұрын
Unless Ashton Jeanty is there at 20....broncos should trade down from 20 to 25. Pick up some extra picks. Then draft BPA. Skill players always fall. Can't forget to draft OL/DL depth as well. Get the running game going and the rest will come. The D-line group is very deep in this class as well
@watchmesquatchКүн бұрын
Yeah, let's gamble away time on the rookie QB contract. 😐
@andronhillhouse996Күн бұрын
@@watchmesquatch How often does a team win with a QB on a rookie contract?? We're building a team to compete for 10+ years not 5.
@andronhillhouse996Күн бұрын
@@watchmesquatch and in case if you didn't know the answer it was Russel Wilson who was led by the LOB. Carson Wentz who got injured and Patrick Mahomes who is the current G.O.A.T and surrounded by HOF talent and coaching. That rookie contract thing only became a thing in 2011 after the last CBA deal
@82KW82Күн бұрын
His overall rank is 144 and draft grade of 59. 9th TE in the class. Yeah.... lets not waste a 2nd on a 5th round guy.
@LjMccray-e1nКүн бұрын
We need to get Jeanty at all cost Sean does have an issue with trust, Sean needs to be desperate we need to get a a TE over anything after that it's corner back put Riley moss at safety and we can get a DT in free agency but I wish we could get tez Johnson but I think we might push for a blockbuster splash like Tyreek hill
@LjMccray-e1nКүн бұрын
Best overall player will be Jeanty I think he will fall because Sean Payton always has a game plan and a back up plan
@ScottToepferКүн бұрын
I still think jeanty will not be used to his full potential. Love to get him but if we trade a third I'd rather get the te from the browns njokue?
