Dangers are mandatory as you otherwise dont have room to summon Kaleido by cutting swamp. Moreover, they unbrick you some weird hands with all the shit you play like trivikarma, heroes, etc. They are a scherein but less strong, idk how it shapes with Horus, but they still feel kinda meh imho

Just a note, beastking is a lv 4 water aqua, so it can be used to make rukallos, grapha, kaleidoheart, redoer, abyss dweller, bahamut shark/toad . In other words it’s very flexible as a material for extra deck summons. I’ll take that trade off for being a card that’s not great by itself in the hand.

@@Starri519 Yeah I tried without KOTS and honestly, I was beyond shocked at the results. The "brickless" KOTS build I had, Ended on 3 to 5 interruptions at the very max. Meanwhile with KOTS build, I end on 8 to 10 interruptions. That was definitely an enormous change No cap

King of the swamp is quite feast or famine. I tried running without king and it has been better now. Currently experimenting with gen and ken as well

Nib is better against the deck without rukalos access. Like its not an insta win against it but its something you can't always get a toad or baronne up ahead of time and it can eat enough bodies that its annoying to play through.

3 engines that are being overlooked is the rescue ace engine, the mikanko engine, and the visas/scareclaw engine

We rarely pop set cards with Shyama (really only if we are really desperate or get straight value off it, like converting the second sulliek into a tear Kash). We almost always pop Kaleido for basically a free body and free “mill anything relevant you need”

Another problem with horus : 1》drawing the sarcophagus spell is very bad, You have 5 cards in hand, you discard 2 cards, summon vampire(rank8) then gets handtraped ( you -3, opponent-1)

Squiddy, ill share my secret spicy tech with you man. The Silent Angler engine. Free level 4 water extender from hand that helps with bahamut toad plays.

I would also like to add to my spice build. I run stealth kragen in the ED and marincess coral anemone and world sea dragon zealantis. Tbh, this was a package I pulled from my marincess deck, but the theory behind it is going first, if your have a reino heart plus silent angler in hand and your mills dont hit, you can at least set up a toad. Going second, you can make Kragen to non target pop or climb into zealantis to water lock yourself and board wipe your opponent.

the point of the angler package is a fallback plan for bad mills off ns reino and 2 in hand equals bahamut toad. I play pure tearlaments where reino is the only ns so in a build like that it comes up a bit. @@_Sasuke_99
