Sir, The backyard of our home has water flowing underneath it during the rains for 6 months and the rest of the year it stays moist. What kind of fruit or vegetables can plant here as the last time, we planted dome Papaya and brinjal plants, all got rotted when it started raining. Pls, advise a fruit, vegetable, or shady plant which does not endanger the foundation of the house as our house is hardly 6~8ft from this area.
